The way it works
The way it works is:
- election apparatus conducts election according to state law (or doesn't)
- they certify results (or don't)
- legislature sends electors or doesn't
- guess what, the legislature's decision is a political question which means courts can't review it.
As a result:
- if Trump convinces republicans that the election was stolen they have to send Trump electors republican legislators lose their jobs if they don't vote trump because their constituents will be SUPER MAD
- every swing state is 90 percent republicans with a corrupt democrat city throwing millions of votes to biden via fraud
- if not enough electors are sent to get either candidate to 270, US house votes and Trump wins
Current polling from BEFORE the press conference has republicans nearly unanimous that there was fraud. Even 30 percent of democrats believed there was fraud BEFORE the press conference.
