Four-Wheelin' Fools

Gretchen and her family came up today and Stella got a chance to learn to drive the four-wheeler. Gretchen was like "but Jennifer's not wearing a helmet."

But Jennifer has paid her dues. That's the difference. I've seen her drive that four-wheeler over a five foot retaining wall. Seen her T-bone a tree and never let off the gas. I've seen her cartwheel that four-wheeler down the continental divide. And somewhere in there, she learned how to drive the thing fairly well. Now, true - generally, I do have her wear a helmet, but just for doing circles in the neighbor's field - well I figure she'll be OK for today anyway.

You know what they say - if you're gonna' be dumb, you gotta be tough.
