Hurricane Rita Makes Landfall - Downgraded to Cat 1
Hurricane Rita made landfall this morning on the mosquito infested, swampy Texas-Louisiana border packing 120 mph winds and a 15 foot storm surge. Lake Charles is flooding it's banks.
