Pearl Reappears

I let Pearl out today as the weather was fairly tolerable. Still lots of snow on the ground, and cold, but they like to get out and I put Pearl's tracker collar on her and let her and Prince Tubby out. Then, I went looking for Pearl after she'd been out for a bit and found her WAY up in a pine tree off of the back deck. She's climbed this one before. I think I need to cut it down.

So I laid in bed all day, hoping she'd turn up. I got up and went looking for her at about 6:00 p.m. and found her walking around like it was no big deal.

So, both cats are locked in for the night.

Switching Tahoe w/ Jeep

Switching Tahoe w/ Jeep

So, today, I swapped out the Jeep and the Tahoe. I put the Tahoe in the garage and parked the Jeep down by the barn (the BMW X3 is down in the barn). The problem with the Jeep Wrangler TJ is that it doesn't have ABS. So, it's just basically worse than useless if you're riding on snow and ice, like we've had lately. The Tahoe has ABS so, even if you're on snow and ice and you stomp on the brakes, the Tahoe will still stay in your lane and slow down without losing control. I also had to add some power steering fluid as it seems to be leaking some, apparently.

Now, I need to find someone I can take the BMW X3 in to so we can get it fixed up and sell it. It seems to be running hot, as I recall from the last time I tried to drive it. Didn't even make it to Marshdale.
