Lamartine
At some point, I want to go do some exploring on some of the dirt roads that I used to ride above Idaho Springs, and south of I-70. This includes places like Lamartine, Ute Creek, Cascade Creek, West Chicago Creek, etc.
It's been a long time since I've ridden up there, but I recall that there's a large gravel pit, and several abandoned mining operations up there. So, weather permitting (if it ever stops raining), I think I'll go up there and try to kick around and rediscover some of my old stomping grounds.
