September 17th

September seemed to be so beautiful that I didn't know what to do with it. Every day was warm, clear, sunny. And I'd run the sprinkler to try to perk up the grass. And then, today, I rode my bike down the hill and it was 60F. I thought I'd died and gone to hell. How can summer be over already?

I rode down the hill and it warmed up substantially. I ran some errands, and then came home, and somehow it warmed up to 72F, even at my house. So, it was odd how that front moved through. But I'm not ready for summer to be over. :(

This evening, Mark and I walked the goats, and the weather is still spectacular. Hopefully I'll get to see Steve and his wife tomorrow.

I ordered a new tracker for the kitten off of Amazon. Should be here a week from today. That will make it easier for me track kitty.
