Permanent Eviction in Evergreen

About 2 years ago, a local man was having issues with a tenant/roommate that he was trying to evict, and the guy ended up dead. Not sure of the details, but it looks like he was arrested, but later acquitted/exonerated of the charge.

David Claussen was reportedly arrested for shooting his roommate Alexander Hudspeth at 7781 Highway 73 Evergreen, CO, but subsequently exonerated.
