Fell Through the Ice Again
So, today, I got to Evergreen Lake, and there were a lot of people out on the ice. Ice fishing mostly. And I was like..."Huh...I thought for sure the lake looked like it wasn't safe to walk on....but we did get that snow yesterday so..."
And the next thing you know, I take out across the lake. I didn't make it far before I fell through the ice. 2 or 3 steps maybe. Then, I laid down flat and rolled across the surface of the lake ice to get out. Came home and emptied my wallet to let it dry out.
I don't believe in Global Warming, but for the record, last year I fell through the ice on April 12, 2019. This year, it was on March 22,2020.
