Bud,
I oil my chain every monring in the parking lot. I oil the chain while I'm riding in circles in the parking lot. Also, yesterday, I used a wrench to tighten my left rear-view mirror. That's all it's needed so far. Honda says the next oil change is at 16,000 miles.
