Skybeam Sucks!!!

So, I finally ditched the filthy, lying bastards at Skybeam. Those people are lower than a snake's belly. I have no idea what's going on at that place, but their internet access sucks so bad that only a true dimit would put up with their shit. I was so frustrated. We can't get a lot of the usual monopolies up here in the mountains, so we're left with these line-of-sight radio-towers to the mountain tops. It's kind of sketchy, but it's all we have. Skybeam kept lying to me for so long, that I finally cut those sorry bastards loose.

Now, I'm using Mountain BroadBand, and they're WAY faster than Skybeam. I have to call Skybeam and break the news to them tomorrow. Those sorry bastards.

The new IP address is: 8.39.228.152

I've updated the DNS servers at GoDaddy.com, but it might take a day or two to propagate to all of the servers.

Here's my speed test from Ookla using Mountain BroadBand. Suck it, Skybeam, you lying goats:

I'm having this issue as well. I hate Skybeam. Trying to MBB out to my house as soon as possible.

It's funny how speedtest.skybeam.com always show great speeds but if you run any other speed test site speeds show dial-up quality. I've heard they are for sale so they are giving customers the big FU in order to exit the scene with more money in pocket..
