My husband just lost his brand new cell phone, less than a month after getting his last one run over by a car. He was insistent when we purchased the new cell phone that we didn't need to buy insurance on it.

I suppose we didn't, because the phone is lost somewhere in the house and the insurance wouldn't cover that sort of loss.

I was hoping that this article would tell me that someone's invented a teeny tiny beeper to go on to a cell phone that can be activated, say, by something kept on a keyring. A teeny tiny very very loud beeper. Heck, if they gave it a big enough range, it could be used as a theft deterrent!
