From Otha Barham's article about the end of Winchester's production of the 1894 rifle, the closing of Winchester's New Haven, Connecticut plant, and the end of an era.
Faithful Rifle — Herman Barham is holding his Model 94 Winchester 30-30 as he poses with a buck he took with the rifle in East Mississippi. The 94 was the most popular deer rifle across the country last century even though it was originally considered a western saddle gun.
