Hate to tell you mate but Yours is not the only
running, swimming DUKW in the states.

Posted by: Debbie on December 21, 2006 at 5:22 PM

Hate to tell you mate, but I never said it was. I said it's the only running swimming dukw FOR SALE in North America. If you think it isn't, then go find another one, genius.

Posted by: Peenie Wallie on December 21, 2006 at 7:35 PM

Apparently you just like attention because if you really had a dukw for sale you would respond to the people that have wasted time replying to your ignorant posting. I have a space shuttle for sale - you want to buy it?

Posted by: duckman on December 24, 2006 at 10:54 PM

Hi There Peenie, If only I lived in the US!! Anyway my new novel THE LAST VIKING : THE UNTOLD STORY OF THE WORLD'S GREATEST HEIST features two of our lovely beastie DUKWs, so much so that there's a picture of one on the cover! (Courtesy of Chicago Ducks). It tells how a bunch of us limeys captured and looted a whole island using two of the babies. It you are interested, you can find more details on my site www.thelastviking.co.uk or amazon.com or trafford.com. Hope that you finally get a buyer, best wishes Ron Dawson

Posted by: Ron Dawson on December 28, 2006 at 8:47 AM

Duckman,
I'm sorry that you don't believe that I have a WWII DUKW for sale. I do, in fact, have one. It is, in fact for sale. Problem is this. I travel. A lot. More than you could ever imagine. And, in truth, it isn't a high priority for me right now. I do have it. It is for sale. However, I'm not DYING to sell it. And, it does need a new coil in it. And, don't know if you've watched the news, but it's winter in Colorado. Not a great time to be outdoors in a DUKW. They weren't designed for the snow. So, thanks for your comments. Move along.

Posted by: Peenie Wallie on January 2, 2007 at 4:15 AM

Maybe with all your travels you would be interested in my space shuttle.

Posted by: duckman on January 5, 2007 at 8:49 PM

Maybe you'd be interested in jumping up my @ss?

2/4/07 Still have dukw for sale that you have had on here for 2 years with many different people wanting to buy it. Why are people so stupid to waste their time?

Posted by: matt on February 14, 2007 at 2:42 PM

I LOVE THE VIDEO. IT LOOKS LIKE A B-RATED PORN GONE BAD. AT SOME POINT PLEASE TAKE THIS WEBSITE DOWN SO IT DOES NOT PULL UP UNDER DUKW FOR SALE. THIS IS A FREAK SHOW AND YOU ARE OUT OF CONTROL.
CECIL

Posted by: CECIL on March 10, 2007 at 8:20 PM

Uhhh. No. I am not a freak show. This is not a b-rated porn. I do have a dukw for sale. You're just too stupid to realize that a)the dukw is in Colorado and b)last time I checked, it is winter in Colorado and c)the lakes are frozen solid and d)I am in Tennessee right now. So, go fark yourself. :)

Posted by: Peenie Wallie on March 10, 2007 at 9:41 PM

Hi,

I am looking for a smaller vehicle, more like the DUKW. Do you know of any or point me in the right direction pls. Many thanks.

If I was to make you an offer for your vehicle, do you know the shipping cost to Ireland?

Best Regards

James

Posted by: james on March 11, 2007 at 7:42 PM

You can ship a dukw overseas, like say, Ireland, for instance, but it isn't easy. The problem is that they're too tall to put on a "Roll-On Roll-Off" (RORO) Vessel. And they're too wide to put in a shipping container. And the stevedores and anyone else that comes near it will rob you blind.

Posted by: Peenie Wallie on March 11, 2007 at 9:16 PM

Please email me. We're in Arizona and will take the Duck if she floats and the engine is in good order. We do tours but would like a restored DUKW for parades, etc. Thanks.

Posted by: DUKWFOR YOU on May 12, 2007 at 9:22 PM

If you don't already know there is still left over snow in Colorado and the lakes are still really cold. Maybe I could sell you this dukw that I do not own sometime in July but it might be to hot so I might have to keep it myself as my imaginary friend. Go fark (aka f__k ) myself because I like it. Please stop wasting time on this dumbass site because I do not own this duck or any other shit you see.

I currently have a 1942 DUKW that's for sale in the UK. It's been completely restored and is MCA coded for offshore commercial use (ie carrying fee paying passengers). E-mail me at 739761@googlemail.com to continue discussion.

There are two other DUKW for sale in the U.S.

They are listed on www.milweb.net with all the info.

www.milweb.net

And this guy can do all the shipping.

The gentleman that is selling them is a WWII veteran. I purchased a CCKW from him a few years ago and he is still helping me out long after the sale. A real nice guy!

You claim it does not burn oil, right?

Explain why that blue smoke coming out of your butt, oops, sorry the DUKW tail pipe is blue which means it is indeed burning oil

And you travel a lot and not in a hurry to sell, why list it if your not really interested in selling?

You really need to get a life.
