Rear Lights on 97 Tahoe

The 97 Tahoe has 3 rear lights, arranged vertically, on each side.

L1 R1
L2 R2
L3 R3

The lights perform as follows:
1) Headlights on = L1,L2,R1,R2.
2) Brake Lights activated
3) Hazard lights on
4) Left Turn signal
5) Right Turn Signal

These are the replacement bulbs that I found at Walmart.

For some reason, the Left Turn would blink rapidly, indicating that a bulb was out. But then, after a while, it stopped. Not clear why it would perform this way. A short would explain it, but I don't have a lot of info on the problem at this point. As of now, it's working fine.

The other trick is to put the screws into the plastic rear tail light assemblies. It's hard to get the screws started without dropping them down into the hull/frame of the Tahoe. So, I dropped a couple down in there, trying to re-fasten the tail light assemblies to the frame of the Tahoe. So, I went to Home Depot tonight and had them help me find what appears to be some identical sheet metal screws.

The ones that I bought at Home Depot are "Panhead Phillips #8 x 5/8 inches sheet metal screws".

There are still some issues with the Tahoe that I need to address:
1) Brakes are not great. Some pulsation in the brakes. Might take it into Just Brakes or some place similar.
2) Interior light (in the ceiling of the Tahoe) doesn't work for some reason.
3) Need to replace passenger side windshield wiper and rear windshield wiper.
4) It won't spray the windshield washer fluid onto the windshield, even though the windshield fluid reservoir is full.
5) it also won't spray fluid on the rear windshield, and I believe it is supposed to.
5) Probably wouldn't hurt to do an oil change.
6) Could use a new set of tires.
7) It seems to have some issues switching from 4wd Low Range to 4wd High Range to 2wd and the light/indicator seems to switch to the various options sporadically.
