The OWS Protestors

On the Reddit website, someone asked the following question tonight:

"To those of you who don't agree with the Occupy Wall Street Movement, what is your opinion of OWS?"

This was my reply:

"I think that they're dumb potheads that have no clue what's going on in the world. Because of that, the left sees them as "useful idiots" and sticks signs in their hands and tells them to parade up and down the street, blaming their problems on other people. I think that they see the world as being outside of their control. They see the people on Wall Street as fat cats born into a life of luxury, instead of people who raised themselves up by their bootstraps. I think that they'd choose communism over capitalism in the blink of an eye. I think that they're dumb, uneducated, gullible, and naive.

I think that they're led by the nose by dishonest miscreants on the left, fanning the flames of class warfare. They believe the compelling lies of the left - that others are responsible for their shortcomings in life. Instead of empowering these morons, the left destroys them by telling them that, if only we tax the rich more, then the poor will get their fair share.

It's a compelling story to feed the down and out, but it's nothing short of propaganda. Class warfare peddled to a bunch of fools that don't know any better.

The pathetic culmination of the left's steady progressive march toward socialism, at the expense of the most powerful nation on earth. I think it's a shame."
