I'd Say This Was A Smart Move...

"A 25-year-old man is in hospital this morning after jumping out of a moving car in Darwin's CBD to escape an argument he was having with his ex-girlfriend."

I'd say this was a "heads up" move. The pot drips what's in it. The definition of a fool is a person that does the same thing over and over and expects to get different results.
