Honda XR650L

So, I went and looked at a Honda XR650L today. I want a dirt bike, that's street legal - with brake light, turn signals, headlight, horn, and electric start. But then, I'm looking at the stupid XR650L and I realize it has a metal gas tank and no radiator. It's got an oil cooler, but not it's not water-cooled, like the XR650R is. Argh. I didn't even get on it. I was like...nah...I'll pass.
